Title: Basil-Ricotta Sauce

15ozPart skimmed ricotta cheese
1/2cFresh chopped basil
1/2cSliced green onions
1/2cRoasted red peppers, diced
1/4cParmesan cheese
1/4cChicken broth
2tbOlive oil
2tbWhite wine
2 Cloves garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Makes about 3 cups of sauce, enough for about 1 lb. (dry weight) of tubular pasta.
